We loved the modern, brand new feel of the hotel and the warm welcome from Emma at Reception. The free in-house movies were a great bonus for our stay. Our room had all the necessary amenities and the Antipodes toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and the Sydney CBD. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room was a perfect size and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and I loved taking a dip in the rooftop pool each morning. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and attractions in the city. The breakfast included both continental and a delicious selection of hot meals, and the staff made sure to serve me quickly when I had an early appointment.

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza! The location was superb, with easy access to Darling Harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We appreciated the small touches, like the lavender pillow mist and the option to borrow an umbrella. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor drawbacks were the limited parking options during check-in, forcing us to park at a nearby lot, and the early closing time of the restaurant, bar, and pool. It would have been nice to have the option to relax at the hotel and enjoy the facilities after dinner.

Great location - walking distance to major attractions in the city, close to train station and light rail. Room is very well-appointed, clean, and spacious. Breakfast options were delicious and made to order.

Very nice sleep! The bed and pillows were comfortable, making my Christmas stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and were really good too assist us on Christmas day. Plus, the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was conveniently close to Darling Harbour, offering easy access to entertainment and attractions.

Although the room was sufficient, it could have been a bit bigger. there weren't many nearby dining options within walking distance, which required a bit of a trek.

We had a great stay here! The location was really convenient- close to restaurants, train stations, and shops. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and always had a smile. We loved the freshly squeezed juice station at breakfast and the room was very comfortable and clean. They also had great amenities like the pool and the Google casting feature from our phones was a nice touch.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the station. The room itself was beautifully appointed and had a luxurious touch to it, especially with the bed sleepy lavender spray. I felt relaxed and comfortable.

The hotel is located in an area that is too congested, but it is so close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is also conveniently located to major attractions in the city.
